2 lbs hamburger
1 medium onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 14 oz jar Spagetti sauce
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can broiled mushrooms
8 oz shell macaroni
1 1/2 pts sour cream
8 oz provolone cheese
8 oz mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook hamburger with onions & garlic, drain of fat.
Add Spagetti sauce, tomatoes & mushrooms. Mix well.
Simmer 20 min
Cook the macaroni as directed. Drain, rinse with cold water.
Pour 1/2 the shells in a large casserole dish, (cake pan)
Cover with 1/2 the meat sauce.
Spread1/2 the sour cream over all.
Top with provolone cheese. Repeat
End with mozzarella cheese.
Cover & bake 40 min at 350. Remove cover & brown.

This can be made ahead, frozen, and baked later.
