POTATOES
CARROTS
SPRING ONION
PARSLEY
CORRIANDER
GARLIC
GINGER
BROCCOLI OR KALE

Directions:
Directions:
Put some water in cooking pot, if you want put a bit of olive oil so that it wont stick to bottom. Boil or cook chicken with bones for about 20-30 minutes. Add vegetables and seasoning. Reduce temperature, let boil slowly. Add black pepper, sea salt and chicken boullion cubes. Stir often, when chicken is well cooked, cook 5 minutes more, turn off heat, and add package of dry noodle soup. Stir and let sit 5-10 minutes. Then serve.
