1 angel food cake
1-1/2 cups cold milk
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. coconut cream instant pudding
1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1/4 cup toasted coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Cut angel food cake into 1 inch cubes, place in 13 x 9 baking dish.

Beat together the milk and the pudding on low for 2 minutes. Add the softened ice cream, beat on low until combined. Spread over cake cubes. Put on 8 oz. Cool Whip. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup toasted coconut.

Cover and chill for at least an hour.
