3 oz lemon jello
3/4 cup water
4 eggs
1 yellow cake mix
3/4 cup oil
2 cups powdered sugar
Juice from 2 lemons (about 6 Tbsp)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in water. Add 4 eggs and beat for 2 minutes. Add cake mix and beat 1 minute. Add oil beat 1 minute more. Pour into greased cake pan and bake 350º for 35 minutes. As soon as cake is done, poke fork into cake. Whisk powdered sugar and lemon juice together and pour over cake. Will keep 2 weeks in refrigerator.
