1 loaf Vienna bread, unsliced
1 lb. mozzarella, grated
8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
3 green onions, sliced thin w/ tops
2 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 c. butter, melted
1½ tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Score bread into 1" cubes but DO NOT SLICE THROUGH bottom crust.
Stuff with mushrooms and cheese.
Sprinkle onions, poppy seeds and seasoned salt over top.
Mix butter, lemon juice and mustard. Drizzle over bread.
Wrap well in aluminum foil sprayed with Pam® (may also work with non-stick foil). Bake at 350º F for 40 minutes.
Can be made day ahead and baked before serving.
