3-1/4 to 3-3/4 c. flour
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. butter
1 egg
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 T. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 T. butter, softened

Preheat oven 375º

In large mixer bowl combine 1-1/2 c. flour, yeast, 1/4 c. sugar an salt: mix
well. In sauce pan, heat milk, water and 1/4 c. butter until warm (butter does not need to melt). Add to flour mixture. Add egg. Blend at low speed until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand gradually stir in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured surface until smooth and elastic, 5 to 8 minutes. Place in greased bowl, turning to
grease top. Cover let rise in warm place until doubled; about 1 hour.

Prepare filling:
Combine brown sugar, 2 T. sugar and cinnamon, set aside. Punch down
dough. On slightly floured surface, roll to a 15x12 inch rectangle. Spread
with softened butter. Sprinkle filling over dough. Place in greased 13x9"
cake pan. Cover; let rise in warm place, about 30 minutes. Cut into 1 inch rolls. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes until golden brown. Remove
from pan. Cool.
