1 c. flour
1 T. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. yellow corn meal
1 c. milk
1 egg
1 T. oil
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Stir in corn meal. Add milk to beaten egg and stir into first mixture. Add vegetable oil and blend. Turn into HOT greased 8" pan. Bake at 400º for 20 minutes.
