4chicken breasts
1/2 c maple syrup
1/2 Dijon mustard
2 TBSP soya sauce
2 sprigs Rosemary
2 sprigs thyme
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 F
In a bowl whisk together syrup mustard and soya sauce
Place chicken in baking dish that has been sprayed sprinkle with salt and pepper
Pour sauce over chicken and toss to make sure each piece is coated place herbs in dish
Bake 30-40 minutes Serve with sauce
