3 T. soy sauce
2 T. rice wine
1 T. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1 T. vegetable oil
1 T. minced fresh ginger root
1 T. minced garlic
1 lb. beef round steak, cut into thin strips
8 oz. snow peas

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, and cornstarch. Set aside.

Over medium-high heat, stir-fry the ginger and garlic for 30 seconds. Add the steak; stir-fry for 2 minutes, until evenly browned. Add the snow peas; stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add the soy sauce mixture, bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Lower heat; simmer until the sauce is thick and smooth.
