Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 C. raw rice
1/2 C. milk
2 Tbs. dry minced onion
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and shape into 2 1/2 inch balls. Place in a single layer in a 2 quart casserole. Mix together 1 can tomato soup and 1 can water. Pour over meat balls. Bake in 350 degree oven for 2 hours. Cover with foil to start. Remove cover the last half hour. Turn the meat balls over after you remove the cover. They cook more evenly this way. If you use extra lean beef, uncover only the last 15 minutes, and still turn the meat balls over.
