1 lb. bulk sausage
12 oz. extra sharp cheddar cheese, grated
3 c. biscuit mix
1 tsp. salt
¼ c. milk (enough to make moist to shape balls)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Make into balls from a rounded teaspoon. Put on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 22 minutes at 350º F. Makes 5 dozen.
To freeze, bake for 12 minutes; freeze. When you want to serve them, bake for 10 minutes at 350º F.
