Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Dough:
1 cup warm milk
2 1⁄2 tsp. yeast
1⁄2 cup white sugar
2 eggs beaten, room temperature
1⁄3 cup butter, melted
4 1⁄2 cup flour
1 tsp. salt

Filling:
1-1 1/2 cup dark brown sugar, packed
2-3 tsp. of ground cinnamon
1⁄2 cup butter, softened
1/2-1 tsp. vanilla

Frosting:
1 (3 ounces) package cream cheese, softened
1⁄4 cup butter, softened
1 1⁄2 cup confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Soften yeast in warm milk with 1 Tbsp of the 1/2 cup sugar. Then add 2 beaten eggs, butter, salt, remaining sugar, and mix. Slowly add flour in. Knead dough, cover in a warm place to rise. Rise for 1-2 hours, beating the dough down every 15 minutes or so.
After the dough has doubled in size, turn it out onto a floured surface, cover and let rest for 10 minutes. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Roll dough into a 16x21 inch rectangle. Spread dough with 1/2 cup butter and sprinkle evenly with sugar/cinnamon mixture. Roll up dough and cut into rolls with tooth floss or a knife. Place rolls in a butter greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Cover and let rise until nearly doubled, about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 400.
Bake rolls oven until golden brown, about 20-25 minutes. While rolls are baking, beat together cream cheese ingredients. Spread frosting on warm rolls before serving.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
The more you beat the dough, and the more you let it rise, the fluffier it will be.
I make the rolls and put them in fridge overnight so its easy for me to wake up and put the rolls straight into the oven for breakfast, so I don't have to wake up early. Momma Kat.
