white medium grain rice 1 cup
vermicelli pasta 1/4 cup
chicken stock or other stock 2 cups maybe more
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Take large saute pan with lid and heat olive oil
Crush vermicelli pasta into small pieces and saute until light brown then add rice , chicken stock, salt and pepper and bring to a boil
lower heat to simmer and cook until liquid is gone and rice is soft
more liquid may be needed
fluff with a fork
