1 1/2 - 2 lbs ground beef, browned and drained
1 packet taco seasoning
1 jar taco sauce or fresh sliced tomatoes
2 tubes crescent rolls
2 8 oz pkg shredded cheese, Colby or Cheddar
sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Place 1 tube of crescent rolls in bottom of 9x13 in. pan (do not tear apart). Brown ground beef and add taco seasoning packet. Place ground beef on top of rolls. Pour taco sauce on top (or arrange sliced tomatoes). Sprinkle cheese evenly and top with sour cream. Place the other tube of rolls on top of casserole, once again do not tear apart. Bake at 375º for 20 min. or until rolls are brown.
