Venison, Beef, Pork or Chicken - diced in 2 inch squares
Salt 1/2 tsp
Pepper 1/4 tsp
Garlic cloves - one clove
Bouillon - one square or 1/2 tsp
Water - 1/4 c

Directions:
Directions:
Using Pint Jars - quarts might work also, but I used pint jars - place 1/4 cup of water in pint jar, add seasonings to your taste, i.e garlic, salt, pepper, bouillon or whatever.
Fill each jar with the diced meat of your choice.
Place jar lid and ring on jar, tighten and place in oven on center rack. (I did 18 jars at one time - worked fine.
Set heat temp at 225º. When oven temp reaches 225º set timer for 5 hours. When 5 hours is complete shut oven off and let jars cool in oven.
Remove and store.

When serving for a meal just heat and serve or make gravy with the juice drippings.
