1 Head Cabbage (Shredded or Finely Sliced)
3 Green Onions, sliced including the greens
2 Tblsp Toasted Sesame Seeds (optional)
1/2 Cup Roasted Sunflower Nuts/Seeds
1/2 Cup Slivered Almonds
2 Pkgs Oriental Ramen Noodles
1-2 Cups Chopped, Fully Cooked Chicken Breast (optional)
3 Tblsp Cider Vinegar
3/4 Cup Sunflower Oil (or Blends Oil)
2-3 Tblsp Sugar
2 Seasoning Pkts from Ramen Noodles

Directions:

Dressing: Mix the vinegar, oil, sugar and seasoning packets and best if chilled overnight to blend.

Toast sesame seeds and almonds in 325 degree over for 8-10 minutes.

Combine: Cabbage, green onions, Ramen noodles, seeds, almonds and chicken, if desired, (Great salad either way). Add dressing and chill. For crunchier effect, you may add the noodles and dressing shortly before serving. Noodles will soften as the salad sits.
