3/4 c. cornstarch
1/3 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 c. butter
1 c. minced nuts

Icing:
1 tsp. butter
1c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice or orange juice
yellow food coloring if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cornstarch, sugar and flour. Cream butter well, add flour mixture gradually and mix well. Sprinkle nuts on waxed paper. Using 1 tbsp. dough per cooky, shape into a ball, roll in nuts and flatten into a round about 1/4 inch thick. Bake on ungreased baking sheet in a preheated 350º oven about 15 minutes. Drizzle Icing over warm cookies.

Icing: Combine butter, sugar and lemon juice and beat until smooth. Add food coloring as desired.
