****Venison, or the amount used, had been omitted from the recipe card, sorry (I'll be substituting Chicken for Venison when I try this recipe)

Onion: 2
Oil: 2 tsps.
Garlic: 2 cloves
Rosemary: to taste
Sage: to taste
Parsley: to taste
White Wine: "1 Coca Cola glass full"
Butter: " about the size of a walnut or larger"
Prosciutto:


Directions:
Directions:
Slice 1 Onion and fry in Oil. Add Meat, and prosciutto, and brown.
In a bowl, take other Onion, Garlic, Rosemary, Sage & Parsley and chop well. Add to Browned Meat. Add White Wine.
Cook about 45 minutes or until done.
About 3 minutes before serving, add butter.
