1 can (1 lb. 10 oz.) whole green chilies
½ lb. Monterey jack cheese, cut into ¼ inch strips
½ lb. grated cheddar cheese
5 large eggs
¼ cup flour
1 ¼ cup milk
Salt, pepper, Tabasco to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1.Slip a strip of jack cheese into each chili. Beat eggs.
2.Gradually add flour, beating until smooth. Add milk, salt, pepper and Tabasco.
Beat thoroughly.
3.Arrange chilies in a well-greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Add egg mixture. Top with
cheddar cheese.
4.Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour until knife comes out clean.
