Ingredients:  
Beet Sugar: 1 cup
Cocoa: 3/4 cup ( add about 1tbsp. of Nese Café, or any powdered coffee to make 3/4 cup)
Salt: 1/8 tsp.
Heavy Cream: 3 cups

Directions:
Directions:
In a chilled bowl, combine Beet Sugar, Cocoa Mixture & Salt.
Stir in Heavy Cream.
Whip to spreading consistency.
