1 cans beets
3 hard boiled eggs

Directions:
Directions:
You can use as many or as few cans of beets that you choose
For every can of beets, pour juice, adding enough water to make 1 cup into a saucepan
Do this for each can used
Set the beets aside
For each can, use 1/3 cup of cider vinegar and
1/3 cup sugar, I use less sugar
Add this to the juice
Bring juice to a boil
Add the beets and bring back to a boil for 1 minute
Let cool and add your eggs
Refrigerate

You can use as many cans of beets that you want and add as many eggs that you want
just make sure you have enough juice to cover your eggs
