16 Ounces of Tri Color Penne, cooked and drained
12 Ounces Fresh Sliced Mushrooms
1 Cup Thinly Sliced Onion
1 Jar Sundried Tomatoes, drained
1 Clove Garlic
1 Large Container of Fresh Spinach
Feta Cheese
Pine Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
In a 2 quart pan with boiling water, cook penne and drain. Sauté mushrooms, onion, garlic and tomatoes in olive oil. Stir in spinach. Add penne. Top with cheese and pine nuts.
