1 t cumin
2 t garlic salt
1/2 t pepper
1 can Rotel tomatoes (undrained)
1 1/2 cup water ( or less)
1 lb. American cheese (Kraft blue box)

Directions:
Directions:
Grate cheese and set aside. Mix other ingredients and bring to a boil. Cook over low heat 20 - 30 minutes. Add cheese and put in blender. Cool to room temperature to serve. (Takes 1 - 2 hours to get to room temperature.)
