1 (15 oz.) pkg. of any butter flavor with pudding cake mix
½ c. oil
4 eggs
½ c. chopped walnuts
1 can mandarin oranges (drained) Save the juice !!!
Topping:
4 oz. box instant pudding mix
1 c. cool whip.
Directions:
Directions:
Take juice and use as part of water for cake mix to mix cake (as directed on the box). Add oil, eggs and water/juice mixture. Beat well. Fold in oranges and walnuts. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake at 325 º for 25 minutes.
Mix topping together and spread on cooled cake.
