Betty Crocker Super Moist Yellow Cake
4 eggs
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 cup rum
1/2 cup cold water
1 small vanilla pudding (instant)

Glaze:
4 oz. butter
1/2 rum
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 325ºF.

Put yellow cake, vanilla pudding, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup canola oil, 1/2 cup rum, 4 eggs in a large bowl and mix. Scrape sides and mix again.

You can use 2 round pans, Bundt or 9X13 inch pan. Bake 25-30 minutes.

For glaze-pour water, rum, sugar and butter into a small pan. Cook until sugar is dissolved and butter is melted. Let cake cool for a few minutes and take out of pan. Poke holes in cake and pour glaze or bush glaze over the cake.

I like to use a Bundt pan because I like the way it looks after it is removed from the pan. My son-in-law, Kevin, asked me to make this cake for him for his birthday this year and he said it was great.
