1/4 lb. butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs, separated
1 t. vanilla
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
3/4 c. flour
3 t. baking powder
pinch of salt
1 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the butter and sugar. Add the 3 egg yolks and vanilla. Mix together the graham cracker crumbs, flour, baking powder, and salt; gradually add to the butter and egg mixture, alternating with milk. Whip the egg whites stiff and fold in.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min.
