La Choy Soy® sauce or your favorite soy sauce
olive oil
chicken tender filets
Tex Mex blend onions, paprika (from HEB®), cut to liking
1 bag bean sprouts (from HEB, use within 2 days)

Directions:
Directions:
Slice chicken tenders in ¼" strips and marinate in soy sauce. Mix well and set aside. You can prepare this at home if you want. Heat olive oil in wok at medium setting. Fry the chicken strips until well done; set aside. Fry the veggies in olive oil and soy sauce. Before they are done, add the bean sprouts and marinated chicken gradually. Serve as is and enjoy with chop sticks morsel by morsel.

A simple easy to prepare meal we love eating with chopsticks and our beverage of choice in our cockpit. We always carry a can of bean sprouts as fresh bean sprouts do not keep too long in our fridge. The chicken tenders we often prepare at home so we have a quick meal to enjoy whilst laying behind our anchor be it in Cedar Bayou, Redfish or the pasture after an arduous crossing.
