1 package Pepperidge Farm puff pastry
Grated parmesan cheese
Sliced plum tomatoes (size them to fit 4 inch puff pastry rounds)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut puff pastry sheets into 4 inch rounds. Prick bottom of rounds with a fork. Put a mound of shredded parmesan on each round. Top with tomato slice. Brush with olive oil.

Line cookie sheets with parchment paper

Cook 375 for 25 minutes.
