1 12 oz. Pkg. edamame beans, shelled and thawed
1 15 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 c. fresh for frozen corn or 1 can corn drained
1 red pepper diced
1/2 red onion minced
1/2 bunch green onions sliced thin
1 T. cider vinegar or red wine vinegar
1/4 c. olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Stir all ingredients together, refrigerate until cold and serve.
