2 cups flour
2 tsp cinnamon
4 eggs
2 tsp baking soda
2 cups sugar
1 ½ cups corn oil
3 cups grated carrots
1 cup nuts
8oz can crushed pineapple, drained
Bake


Cream Cheese Frosting
1 box powdered sugar,( 4 cups), more or less
2 tsp vanilla
8 oz cream cheese
½ stick butter, ( ¼ cup), softened to room temperature

For the cake:
Mix all the ingredients and place in a glass dish (13x9)
Bake 350 degrees for 35 minutes


For the frosting:
Blend cream cheese and butter
Add
Powdered sugar and vanilla
