1 large can sweet potatoes
butter
brown sugar
maple syrup
salt
marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Use canned sweet potatoes. Take juice from sweet potatoes, butter, brown sugar and maple syrup. Use less brown sugar than maple syrup. Taste as you put in so you don't get it too sweet. Melt the above combination on top of stove in cake pan. Put sweet potatoes on top of syrup in cake pan. Sprinkle a tiny bit of salt on sweet potatoes. Bake in 300-325° oven. Watch that they don't boil dry. Turn over once. Cook just enough so juice is absorbed in sweet potatoes and juice is cooked down some. After potatoes are done, put some marshmallows on top and let marshmallows brown. Serve immediately.
