The Sweet Pork:
Pork Tenderloin
2 C. Salsa (your preference of mild, medium, or hot)
2 C. Brown Sugar
Dr. Pepper (all the recipe said was "some" I used a can.)
1 tsp. salt


Tomatillo Ranch Dressing:
1 1/3 C. Sour Cream
3/4 C. mayo
1 pkg. Ranch mix
4 Tbsp. Salsa Verde
2 small cloves garlic
Juice of one lime
bunch of cilantro
Directions:
Directions:
Place pork tenderloin, salsa, brown sugar, and Dr. Pepper in slow cooker for 8 hours. Shred pork and serve on salad, nachos, or whatever your heart desires.

For the dressing--Mix all the dressing ingredients in the blender and chill overnight in the fridge. Delicious served on the salad.

Brenda and I (LaRae) visited cousin Kate and her cute little family one year for spring break in St. George. She made this delicious meal for us.

I especially like the sweet pork Nachos it makes. Just put meat over tortilla chips and top with cheese, salsa, cilantro, lime--or whatever you like. :P
