1 Stick butter
1/2 cup flour
4 - 10 oz. cans of Beef Consommé
1 -1/2 cup fresh diced carrots
1/2 cup celery chopped
1/2 cup diced onions
1 - 8 oz. can chopped tomatoes
1 - 1/2 tsp. kitchen bouquet
2 Beef bouillon cubes
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Accent
1 - 16 oz. bag of assorted frozen vegetables
1 - 1/2 lb. ground round, browned and drained

Brown meat in frying pan, drain any grease. Set aside.
Melt butter in large soup pot. Do not brown. Add flour and stir to paste. Cook over medium heat 3 minutes. Add consommé and stir until smooth. Add fresh veggies and seasonings, bring to boil. Reduce heat and add frozen veggies along with browned meat. Simmer 2 -4 hours with lid on pot, stirring occasionally. Serve with freshly baked bread for a hearty meal.
