1 pgk Maple Leaf Super Franks cut in 1" pieces
1 green pepper cut in chunks
5 slices maple Leaf Bacon partially cooked
5 toasted hot dog buns

Basting Sauce
1/4 c salad oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
dash of pepper
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp granulated sugar
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion

Directions:

On lightly oiled skewers alternate pieces franks and green pepper chunks. Weave the partly cooked bacon between the pieces. Combine sauce ingredients and brush over kabobs. Barbecue or broil until franks are heated through. Slip kabob ingredients off skewers into split toasted buns.
