2 breasts of chicken
8 c. water
8 to 12 tsp. bouillon liquid
1 1/2 c. onions, chopped
2 carrots, chopped in small pieces
3/4 c. chopped celery
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 bay leaf
1 c. rice, uncooked

Directions:
Directions:
1. In slow cooker, put chicken and water. Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours. Take chicken out and remove skin and bones.
2. Dice chicken. Return chicken to the slow cooker. Add all other ingredients except rice into the pot. Combine. Simmer for 4 hours.
3. Add rice and simmer for at least 1 hour or until ready to serve. Remove bay leaf before serving.
