1 (15-oz.) can green beans
1 (15-oz.) can yellow beans
1 (15-oz.) can red kidney beans
1 (15-oz.) can chickpeas
1 c. celery, chopped
1 sweet red onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Drain and rinse beans and chickpeas well. Add celery, onion and pepper.
2. Combine vinegar, sugar, oil and salt. Pour over vegetables. Let stand 4 hours or overnight.
3. Mix gently before serving.

Optional: Heat vinegar, white sugar, oil and salt in sauce pan. Bring to boil. Cool and add to legumes/vegetables.
