5 c. peeled and chopped zucchini
3 c. sugar
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 package Kool-Aid, strawberry flavor
1 package (3 oz.) strawberry Jello

Directions:
Directions:
Cook zucchini, lemon juice, and sugar together 15 minutes or until zucchini cooks clear. Add Kool-Aid and Jello; stir until completely dissolved. Ladle into hot, sterilized jars to 1/4 inch from top. Process 10 minutes in boiling water bath to seal.
