6 Tbsp. Bragg's liquid aminos
3 tsp. honey
2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
1-2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp. oil (sesame, avocado or grape seed)
1 Tbsp. cornstarch or arrowroot powder

1. Blend ingredients together.
2. Push stir-fry vegetables to one side of the pan and add sauce. Mix well with just the sauce so you don't disturb your vegetables too much. Once it is thickened, coat all the vegetables.
