1 pkg Lasagne Noodles (Use 12-15 depending on pan size)
2 cans or jars Spaghetti Sauce
1 lb Italian Sausage (or ground beef)
4 cups (16 oz, 1 pound) Mozzarella Cheese
Large Cottage Cheese (24 oz)
1 tsp Oregano and 1tsp Basil (to stir into cottage cheese)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. Cook and drain sausage or hamburger. Add spaghetti sauce and heat. Use a 9x13 pan and place 4 uncooked lasagne noodles in it. Top with sauce, sprinkle with mozzarella, and top with cottage cheese. Repeat twice for a total of 3 layers. For the last layer, switch the mozzarella and cottage cheese. (It makes the top nice and cheesy.) Bake for 50 minutes.
