3 c flour
2 c sugar
6 T baking cocoa
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 c water
2/3 c vegetable oil
2 tsp white vinegar
2 tsp vanilla

Fluffy Chocolate Frosting:
1 c cold milk
1 (3 oz.) instant chocolate pudding
1 (8 oz.) cool whip

Directions:
In mixing bowl, combine 1st 5 ingredients. Add water, oil, vinegar & vanilla. Beat on low speed for 2 mins. Pour into grease 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 40-45 mins, or until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.

Frosting: In a mixing bowl, beat milk & pudding mix for 2 mins. Beat in the cool whip. Spread over the cake. Put the leftovers in the fridge.
