3 c diced uncooked potatoes
1/2 c sliced onion
6 bacon cooked bacon strips
1 sliced carrot
1 tbsp parsley
1/2 tbsp celery seeds
1/2 tbsp salt and pepper
3 tbsp flour
3 c milk
8 oz American cheese
1 can chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon and drain grease.
Add everything to a pan except milk, flour, and cheese.
Cover and simmer 15 min or until potatoes are tender.
Mix flour and milk. Add to mixture.
Boil for 2 minutes.
Add cheese and bring to a slight boil.
