10 slices white bread, decrusted and cubed
1 lb grated cheddar cheese
8 eggs
2 1/2 c milk
1 lb sausage, cooked and chopped
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9x13 pan
Pour cubed bread on bottom of pan
Beat eggs and milk and seasonings. Add sausage
Pour mixture over bread
Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight.

The next morning...
bake at 250 for 45 min
