12 slices of bread
Butter
2 c cheddar cheese
2 c milk
8 large eggs
1tbsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
The night before, butter the bread and slice into small cubes.

Grease 9x13 casserole dish.
Place half of the bread cubes into the prepared dish.
Sprinkle 1 c of cheddar cheese over the bread cubes.
Sprinkle the remaining bread cubes over the cheddar cheese. Set aside.

In a mixing bowl, blend the mil, eggs, dry mustard, salt and pepper.
Spread over the bread cubes.
Top with the other cup of grated cheddar cheese.
Cover the baking dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

The next morning, preheat the oven to 350.
Place the dish in a larger pan of water to prevent the casserole from burning.
Bake for 1 hour and 15 min.
Serve.
