3 pkg. Cream cheese (softened)
¾ c. Sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
2 c. Choc. Chips (mini)
1- Graham cracker crust
2 Tbl. Whipping cream
Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese and sugar in bowl until well blended add eggs and vanilla beat well. Stir 1 2/3 c. Choc. Chips pour into crust
Bake 10 min. at 450º
Reduce to 250º for 30 min. until set (don not open oven.)!
Cool on wire rack and refrigerate
Place remaining 1/3 chip and whipping cream in small mic. Safe bowl on high 20-30 sec. until chips melted – mix till smooth cool slightly spread on cheese pie.
Refrigerate
