2 liters cold 2% milk
½ c sugar
6 tbsp good quality ground coffee
2 tsp chocolate liqueur or coffee liqueur (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Place sugar in coffee cup and add 1cup boiling water, mix until fully dissolved.
In second cup, place the coffee granules and 1/3 cup boiling water. Mix until fully dissolved.
Pour out about 1 cup of milk from the milk bottle or jar and pour both the sugar syrup and coffee into it. Shake well.
Fill glasses or a pitcher ¾ of the way full with ice cubes and pour the coffee over the ice/ Allow approximately 5 min.

If you are serving individual glassed, a spoonful of fresh whipped dairy cream sprinkled with cinnamon adds a nice touch.
