1 c margarine
1 c brown sugar
2 eggs
3 c flour
2 t baking powder
½ t salt
1 t cinnamon

Filling
4 T sugar
1 T ground cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients

Spread into a 9 x 6 rectangle – sprinkle with mixture leaving 1” on the sides

Roll up jelly roll style – dust log with mixture

Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight

Bake at 375º for 8 minutes
