Ingredients:
Ingredients:
¼ cups Maple Syrup
1 cups Steel Cut Oats
⅓ cups Brown Sugar
½ teaspoons Salt
3 tablespoons Butter
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 1/2 cups Water
1 1/2 cups Milk

Directions:
Directions:
I use a 5 or 6 quart crockpot.

Use a seperate glass bowl (that will fit inside the crockpot.) Add all the ingredients to the GLASS BOWL. Then place the bowl in the crockpot and carefully fill the crockpot with water, being carefull not to get any water in your bowl full of oatmeal. (This kind of acts like a double boiler.) The glass bowl lets the oatmeal cook with out burning the oatmeal to the sides and bottom of the crockpot. Cook on low, for 6-8 hours.
