Baker's cooking spray
1/2 C. pecans finely chopped
1 butter yellow cake mix
1 3.4 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 C. vegetable oil
4 eggs
1/2 C. white wine
1/2 C. water
Glaze
1 stick unsalted butter, melted
1 C. sugar
1/4 C. white wine

Directions:
Directions:
Spray bunt cake pan and put chopped pecans in bottom.
Combine cake mix and other ingredients and mix. Pour in cake pan and bake at 325º for 40-50 minutes.
Prepare glaze by dissolving sugar in melted butter then stir in wine. Remove cake from oven and place pan on damp dish towel. Pour glaze on cake in pan immediately. Allow glaze to soak into cake for about 15-20 minutes. Remove cake to plate.
