1 small whole chicken or two full chicken breasts
1/3 c. margarine or butter, melted
1/3 c. honey
2 T. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 to 2 tsp. curry powder

Directions:
Directions:
1. Remove skin from chicken and arrange in shallow baking pan
2. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a bowl
3. Pour it over the chicken
4. Turn the chicken over after 1/2 hour of baking and then turn the chicken over once more after another 1/2 hour of baking
5. Continue baking for 15 more minutes
