2 c. powdered sugar
6 T melted butter
1 1/2 c. peanut butter
2 c. dates, chopped fine
1 c. chopped nuts
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 bar paraffin wax for setting up the chocolate coating

Directions:
Directions:
1.A... Mix by hand B... make into balls C...chill the following ingredients
2. powdered sugar, melted butter, peanut butter, chopped dates and nuts
3. In double boiler, melt the chocolate chips and add the paraffin
4. Keep on low heat and use tongs to turn balls until well coated with chocolate [works best to only put in 3 or 4 at a time]
5. Place on waxed paper until set
6. Store in closed container and freeze nicely until ready to use

The paraffin wax is sometimes found in baking section at holiday time and near canning area during canning season.
